Soft Works offers both time and material, and fixed fee contracts.

Time and material contracts:
Time and material contacts include a not to exceed amount The fees are based upon our rates of $125.00/hour for principals and $75.00/hour for programming and engineering services.

Fixed fee contracts:
Fixed fee contracts are based upon written requirement specifications.

Mixed contract types on the same project:
Soft Works can provide time and material services for the delivery of requirements and/or preliminary designs, and then offer a fixed fee contact for remainder of the project.

Service, maintenance and training work is contracted by either time and material, or fixed fee.
